Cushing Independent School District Counselor Vision:
All students at Cushing ISD will acquire the academic, career, personal and social skills to reach their fullest educational potential and be well-prepared to meet the challenges and high expectations of the 21st century. *Please note, school counselors do not provide "therapy" or "traditional counseling." Referrals for outside counseling services are available for children experiencing grief, divorce, family separation, deployment or mental health concerns.
School counselors attempt to help all children get the most out of school. Your support and cooperation can help make your child's school years a rewarding experience. It is our hope that parents and students feel free to use these services.

The Heisman High School Scholarship is proud to continue its 28-year tradition of honoring the nation's most esteemed high school seniors and supporting high school academic and athletic programs across the country. ETCF Scholarships

Scholarship season is fast approaching and East Texas Communities Foundation will offer 87 diverse scholarships to be awarded for the 2023-2024 academic year.We will begin accepting submissions on Sunday, January 1, 2023.
Students are likely eligible for several scholarships we offer. The application invitation on our website will make the process easy. By completing a short application with questions, the student will be matched with those scholarships for which they are most likely to meet the eligibility criteria. Then, they choose the scholarships they want to submit to and proceed to those applications.This year's deadline for all of our scholarships is Wednesday, March 1 at 5:00pm!
