Superintendent's Message

To the Cushing ISD Staff, Students, Parents, and Community,
I am extremely humbled to lead such an incredible district. The students, staff, and parents are the district's strength and I look forward to working with each of you to ensure academic and extracurricular growth for every Bearkat every day. Throughout the Spring of 2022, I will be collecting data to ensure we are headed in the right direction. A part of this data collection is surveys and conversations with as many stakeholders as possible. I will be forming a few educational improvement committees and welcome parents, staff, students, and community members to join these committees.
I have several goals as your superintendent:
1. Provide a safe and secure place for students to learn and employees to work
2. Ensure daily student growth
3. Recruit and retain the best staff
4. Set high expectations
5. Provide a fun learning experience that is individualized to each student's unique needs
On a more personal note, my wife Sarah and I have four children; three are grown and one is school-aged. We enjoy traveling, playing games, and visiting family. Sarah is a Human Resource and Payroll Specialist at Goliad ISD. Our youngest son, Troy, is an 8th grader at Goliad Middle School; he will be attending Cushing High School next year.
If you see me out and about, be sure to stop me and say hello. I am thrilled to be here and appreciate you welcoming me into the Bearkat family.
Brandon Enos, Ed.D.
