Water Test Results

Dear Cushing ISD School Family,
I wanted to let you know that we received the Metals testing report from East Texas Environmental Lab. We are happy to report that these levels were within normal limits. When the initial test was performed, the water was retrieved from an outside faucet during the summer months. After contacting the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality with our concerns of the elevated cooper levels, they recommended a re-test from a consumable water source, such as an inside faucet after school had been in session a couple of weeks. That is how the re-test was conducted and again, we are happy to report that our water has tested to be safe for consumption. If you have any questions,please do not hesitate to reach out!
